Last Updated: November 21, 2025
Effective Date: November 21, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the LLMs Assemble Chrome extension (“Extension,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.
2. Description of Service
LLMs Assemble is a Chrome extension that helps users organize and compare conversations across multiple LLM chat and search platforms.
2.1 User Authorization and Agency
By using this Extension, you explicitly authorize it to act as your agent and on your behalf when interacting with third-party LLM platforms. The Extension:
- Uses YOUR authenticated browser session and credentials (not separate credentials belonging to the developer)
- Acts solely as your productivity assistant to perform actions you could manually perform yourself
- Does not access any platform independently or outside of your active, authorized session
- Ceases to function when you log out or your session expires
You remain the authorized user of each platform. The Extension is merely your tool to execute your instructions more efficiently across multiple platforms simultaneously.
2.2 No Platform Affiliation or Endorsement
LLMs Assemble is an independent third-party service. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH, ENDORSED BY, SPONSORED BY, PARTNERED WITH, OR APPROVED BY any third-party LLM platform provider.
We have no business relationship, partnership agreement, or authorization from any platform provider to offer this Extension. Platform providers have not reviewed, approved, or endorsed our Extension.
Use of Platform Names: Any platform names, logos, and trademarks are used solely for descriptive purposes to indicate compatibility. Such use does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or relationship.
3. Service Availability
We provide the Extension on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no guarantees regarding:
- Continuous availability of the Service
- Compatibility with third-party platforms
- Freedom from errors or interruptions
- Fitness for any particular purpose
4. User Responsibilities and Obligations
4.1 Platform Terms of Service Compliance
You are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of each third-party LLM platform you use with this Extension.
LLMs Assemble is designed to work with various LLM chat and search platforms as a productivity tool. The specific platforms supported may change over time as providers update their interfaces and policies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review each platform’s terms of service before using this Extension with that platform
- Comply with platform requirements and usage policies
- Cease using this Extension with any platform if requested by that platform
- Accept responsibility for your use of the Extension
We encourage you to review platform policies to ensure your use complies with their requirements.
Platform Terms of Service Research
Before using this Extension with any LLM platform, you should review that platform’s terms of service. Most platforms publish their terms on their official websites (typically at /terms or /legal paths).
Note: Platform policies change without notice. Regularly review terms for platforms you use frequently.
Platform Notifications
If any third-party LLM platform notifies you about your Extension use or requests that you cease using browser extensions with their service, you should promptly comply with their request.
You agree to:
- Respond appropriately to platform communications
- Discontinue use of the Extension with any platform that requests you do so
- Accept responsibility for your interactions with third-party platforms
We are not responsible for consequences arising from platform policies or communications.
4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Extension for:
- Violating any third-party platform’s terms of service
- Illegal activities or harmful purposes
5. Technical Protection Measures and DMCA Compliance
5.1 No Access Control Circumvention
LLMs Assemble does NOT and CANNOT circumvent any technological protection measures, including:
- Authentication systems: The Extension does not bypass login screens, session tokens, or authentication credentials
- Access controls: The Extension does not bypass paywalls, subscription checks, or account-tier restrictions
- Rate limiting: The Extension does not evade API rate limits, request throttling, or usage quotas
- CAPTCHAs: The Extension does not solve, bypass, or circumvent CAPTCHA challenges

5.2 User Authorization Requirement
Users MUST have pre-existing authorized access to each LLM platform before using LLMs Assemble. The Extension does NOT grant, enable, or facilitate unauthorized access.
User Responsibilities:
- You must have valid account credentials for each platform you enable
- You must comply with each platform’s subscription/payment requirements
- You must have already authenticated through the platform’s official login process
- You are solely responsible for maintaining authorized access through legitimate means

Immediate Response:
- The Extension will cease attempting to interact with that platform immediately upon detection

- We will notify users that the platform is no longer supported
Permanent Cessation:
- We will NOT update the Extension to circumvent, bypass, or defeat newly implemented technological measures
- We will NOT provide workarounds, patches, or modifications to restore functionality
- We will treat such measures as an explicit signal that the platform does not authorize Extension use
6. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the Extension is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit your prompts or responses—all processing occurs locally in your browser.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
